Add glitter whilst making the playdough and experiment making different colours using food colouring.

3. Space Activities

Send the kids to the moon with our Space themed activities. We made our very own outfit including an astronaut's helmet and a rocket backpack out of two bottles! Then send them on a space mission to find some moon rocks! All instructions and activities are at : Space Activities Page

4. Colours and Shapes Fun

These activities are great for little ones to develop their colours and shapes or build on what they already know. Our favourite activities are the foam shapes window and water activity and the matching coloured bricks to a well known game board 😉 check them out here Colours and Shapes

5. Junk Modelling

Provide the children with lots of different sized and shaped boxes, tubes, pots, paper, materials and some glue and sticky tape and encourage them to make whatever they like whether its a boat, a train, a robot or a castle! The ideas of what they could create are endless. Place a messy plastic mat on the table or floor and don't forget to roll sleeves up and aprons 🙂

6. Rainy days!

rainy days

Plenty of rainy days at the moment and if you find you've been trapped in and need some fresh air don't let the rain stop you from letting the kids have a run around!

Put on your wet weather gear and go splashing in puddles! Hold competitions on who can find the biggest puddle and make the biggest splash.

But don't forget in the words of our favourite little pig "You must wear your wellies to jump in muddy puddles!"

7. Painting
